Journey to Self Love: 2D1N Yoga Retreat

For 2D1N, our programme is packed with fun and invigorating activities including an arm balance workshop, a sunrise flow practice, a restorative candlelit class, and a silent walking meditation. Location
Our retreat is held at Sofitel Sentosa Singapore and participants will enjoy their stay in the hotel’s 36sq/m Luxury Room that comes with premium bedding, a deep soak bathtub and rainforest shower. Participants will also be offered exclusive discounted rates if they wish to extend their stay.
Highlights
Arm Balance Workshop – Learn the fundamentals of arm balancing with crow pose, baby crow, side crow and flying crow. We will work on breaking down each pose and learning how to engage the right muscles to lift off the ground. Beginners welcome.
Candlelit Yin – Immerse yourself in a meditative gentle stretch class surrounded by luminescent candles to wind down for the day. Journey inwards to connect both mind and body to prepare for a night of deep rest. All levels.
Sunrise Flow – Awake to an invigorating Vinyasa class that will challenge your strength and endurance as dawn breaks over the horizon. We will flow through traditional and creative poses designed to energise and inspire new and seasoned yogis.
