About Me

I am a former print journalist who stopped reporting on what was happening outside in the world to investigate what was happening inside me. In my personal practice, I’ve clocked more than 1,000 hours of training and achieved teaching certifications in Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Basic Anatomy.

My teaching philosophy is to create a safe space for students to build their own physical practice and how that can lead to individual insight in order to stimulate personal growth in a holistic way. I believe with consistent practice, I can help you become stronger, flexible, and resilient in both mind and body.
